Ghosts in the machine
Street Level Gallery,Glasgow
This exhibition comprised of three linked bodies of work made during a residency at Street Level Gallery in Glasgow: a series of wall based photograms of disassembled household objects,  a triple zoetrope installation and framed prints containing a series of hand gestures.  All of the common household items taken apart were from the 60s and 70s and were assembled by hand.

Spine
Images from photographic residencies at Dancebase, Edinburgh and Scottish Dance Theatre in Dundee. My aim with this series of images was to stretch the dancers to their limit and then push them further into the realm of the impossible. This is an on-going study for me. When the time is right I will have an exhibition!

Forth
An aerial study of the River Forth from the estuary to the source.  I was totally inspired by the work of Yann Arthus-Bertrand in his book The Earth from the Air that I had to do this kind of photography myself. I love hanging out of a plane window watching the patterns on the ground. It is unfortunate that I do suffer from motion sickness however and can only stay in the air for an hour.

INFIN8
This was an exhibition for the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh. I absorbed myself in the world of microscopy and studying insects and plant sections for a series of large images 1.5m x1.5m created using digital microscopes at the Botanic Gardens. Each image was created by painstakingly stitching 40 seperate high resolution scans together. I hope to set up an exhibition in the future to take the images to 4mx4m to  show the full potential of the orginial idea.
